
S.N. Ara (she/her) is a writer based in Queens, New York. She enjoys writing screenplays and short stories dealing with urban fantasy and dark comedy. She is drawn to women-centered stories that incorporate first-generation experiences and generational trauma. Her short screenplay, Mama and Me, was a finalist in the Katra Film Series, as well as a quarter-finalist in the Big Apple Film Festival and Screenplay Competition. In her free time, she enjoys reading Tarot and people-watching with her cat.
